Viruses are infecting computers across the world everyday. Whether we can stop the spread of viruses at the current rate of infection is a question we would all like answered. Everyone has sensitive information stored in one form or another on their computer. Whether this be a picture of their love one, where they live and even credit card information. All this sensitive information can become accessed by other people if we are hit by a Virus.

 

Viruses do more harm than good. Actually they don't do much good at all. Some people get their kicks by writing Viruses that attack peoples computers and they like to brag about it once they have infected a persons computer. If your computer is infected by a virus, don't think it is the end of the world. There is plenty of Antivirus Software that is freely available. Some can be paid for and do a better job or claim to do a better job. Free Anti Virus has always been around and will always be. Antivirus Software is used to get clean a computer of these nasty bits. A Virus is a piece of code or software that sits on a computer and can do some serious damage. It is able to get access to parts of the computer that the Operating System doesn't want it touching. It can render a computer inoperable, or cause sensitive information to be seen by prying eyes.
